Family vacation condo

Great location! Only 1 block from metro station. Great condo for family of 4. Two full bathrooms and 3 beds. Full kitchen and grocery stores near by. All in all great. Condo has been used and carpets were not clean. Very limited linens. Only 5 bath towels, no washcloths or dish towels.

The view from the condo was nice. The location was convenient. The furniture in there was very uncomfortable. All of the beds and even the couch were extremely hard. The carpet was worn as well. Washcloths were not provided. Towels, soap and other normal basic necessities were provided. The building was very clean, and the amenities such as the gym and pool were pretty nice.

My family stayed here to visit DC and catch an Orioles baseball game. The metro station which takes you all over the city was a couple of blocks away and there were lots of dining options within walking distance from the condo. The condo has two bathrooms - it seemed like the listing only showed one. There are lots of amenities at the condo building - a whole rooftop area with barbeques and a pool. Downstairs, there is coffee and tea in the morning. A Whole Foods is not far away. The only thing that was a bit inconvenient is there is no parking in the building should you drive here. There is nearby street parking (pay during day, free 8-8 overnight). Be aware, however, that car thefts are up in DC. We saw workman putting locking devices on their steering wheels. The condo itself was well equipped and beautiful with floor to ceiling windows in the common area. Be aware that the entertainment options were limited to a Roku. We were not able to log into our streaming services because there are no available internet options in the apartment. You can connect to the internet for free in the lobby of the condo. (We were looking to stream the basketball playoffs, so were out of luck). Otherwise, this was a great place to stay to explore DC.
