FYI this is a pet friendly hotel, pets are allowed in all rooms and floors except for one hypoallergenic floor. This is not communicated on their website or Expedia when you book, and when booking there is no option to select hypoallergenic floor. I have severe allergies, and couldn’t figure out why I was struggling until I saw pets on my floor. Luckily I had all my meds with me so it was OK. But would have been nice to know since I only book pet friendly hotels if there are pet free rooms and hotel is carpet free. Otherwise was nice stay, customer service and housekeeping was great.

We did Fairmont Gold - the lounge was excellent, amazing service, great room and staff couldn’t be more helpful. Highly recommend.
