Does the job if you’re not looking for anything fancy. Fairly clean but the windows and the air unit are in rough shape allowing insects in the room. Wasps in my case. But I would stay there again regardless due to a decent bang for the buck and I’m not high maintenance

If oí were to travel to DC again I would only stay there if I wouldn’t find anything around

The room and linens were clean, but the hotel is terribly run down. Everywhere you look: rusty hinges, bubbling paint, bare plaster patches, and out of order signs. I paid about $100 for the night, including taxes and fees. That's a fair price for DC, but given the state of dilapidation, no special bargain.

The location near the metro was perfect. The run down condition and the lumpy bed were less than great. However the staff were very friendly and helpful. Walls are thin and we had a youth group on our floor.
