Lovely hotel with extremely attentive and helpful staff. Facilities were great. Food menu in the restaurant was a little limited so we got a taxi into Warwick the second night.

we booked the fireworks night which was great but the hotel on booking the accommodation did not explain very well ,as we understood the outside catering was not included and the food on sale from the hotel was very very poor.
I feel there should have been a a small choice of bar food for those of us that did not want their evening meal in a bun .Im sure there was enough staff in the kitchen to do that as the out side food was not good .

Consistent standards and friendly staff. Food good, leisure facilities excellent. Both golf courses are a pleasure to play on. Lots of parking and lovely area. One small negative for us although it doesn’t stop us visiting frequently are the beds are rather hard for our liking.

The hotel did not live up to its expectations, we were expecting a country type hotel with comfortable sofas and a good restaurant area . The breakfast was of a poor standard for the price we paid and could have been much better.
The big plus at breakfast was the very helpful person called Chris Day who was polite , helpful and nothing was to much to ask , he is a credit to your hotel.

The restaurant staff on Sunday evening, athough very personable seemed to lack organisation.

Unfortunately the WiFi did not work in our room for the duration of our stay. Nor was there any mobile signal.
Busy with members of the public using leisure facilities. Lots of young children so not a relaxing stay
We also paid for breakfast but weren’t told about breakfast hours when we checked in so we missed it
Asked for a refund and was told no. Very you g inexperienced front of house staff Could’ve benefitted from a more senior member of staff to deliver some customer service when things weren’t right rather than a shrug of shoulders
All in all a disappointing stay and wouldn’t rebook here

Sorry your stay was not the greatest.Our Teams are going through training but they are paired with experienced staff. We raise all Wifi issues with our IT department as soon as they are raised.
