Quiet location,ideal for motorway but about 2 miles outside of Warwick,although buses right outside the hotel and worked well.

Great stay. Easy access to Leamington spa for a wedding. Lovely and clean hotel and staff were helpful and very pleasant

Parking wasn’t included…. They charged £7

I paid for unexpected parking and the checkin lady wasn’t friendly

A little tired. Disappointed with booking. Asked for a superior twin room and ended up with a double room which was quite okey. Breakfast was a good choice.

The room itself was lovely and would stay again, it is a shame about the carpark as you have to pay and it can be confusing.
