LESS THAN PROFESSIONAL
Posted 3 Dec 2021 on HotelsThe drain in the shower blocked, which cause extensive flooding in the bathroom and into a bedroom. When we reported the incident, the receptionist immediately blamed us for "turning the water on too hard" and proceeded to lecture us. Eventually the drain was looked at and seen to be totally clogged. There there was no apology for her curt retort - and she acted as if such conduct is normal and acceptable. I'll definitely take my customers elsewhere

All good, nice and clean. just needs some tap washers to make the taps easier to turn off fully

took 10 minutes to get into room, bugs bugs in and around door, no coffee cups, no soap. The last two items are compulsory. Rang the manager after we had left, she was not apologetic, just wanted to know about the road conditions.
Not good !!!!

Thank you for your review, I am sorry check in took a little too long but we do like to share our country hospitality. Unfortunately your visit was at the height of the big rain and their were a lot of bugs around, this one is out of our control as it is nature at it's best. I do remember you as you did ask about where you could go to dine for lobster for your evening meal and Warwick is a small country town that doesn't offer this. We did show empthay and thanked you for your phone call and we did ask about road conditions so we could share with other travellers asking about road conditions. As there was a lot of flooding.
