VERY limited (one to be exact) club food choices compared to past (12 ) stays. Not replenished often. Rooms are badly bedded- unfitting bedding, bad pillows. Fridge is screwed locked. Coffee/tea area removed. Very limited closet space. Hair dryer useless. Staff denied any satisfaction claiming nothing was changed. Not true. Will not recommend and will not return. Plenty fantastic hotels around to choose from.

The change of room setup, the very limited food at the club and unresponsive staff is a huge change from my previous at least a dozen stays at Warsaw Westin. Very disappointing is an understatement. Unresponsive front staff manager was an insult to my senses. Despite his admission to agree with my observations and concerns, nothing was offered. Huge disappointment to my friend and myself. I’m sure the management can do better.

Very convenient to central rail station, metro & bus/light rail. Modern well appointed hotel.
