Квартира в нормальном состоянии, не новое, но вся сантехника и техника рабочая. Единственный минус - наличие тараканов) по ночам, если включить свет в санузле, разбегаются.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Choć budynek nie sprawia najlepszego wrażenie to apartament świeżo po remoncie, czysto i bardzo miło urządzony. Byliśmy na sylwestra rezerwując na ostatni moment w bardzo dobrej cenie. Polecamy.
