They told me when I got there that the pool has been out of commission for a couple of years. That was not evident on the website when we were selecting places. Breakfast was being broken down when we arrived despite their signs stating the hours for breakfast which should have been ongoing for another hour.

This was a very average hotel. Our room was in bed of a remodel. The staff were great, very friendly. We only stayed one night, and the price was decent.

This was the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Food crumbs from the previous stay all over the floor. Paint was falling from the ceiling, shower was screaming the entire time. I have photos and videos. Never staying here again.

The staff was very friendly the room was nice. The only down fall was that the coffee machine wasn't working.

Dead bugs in the bathroom. The soft water made the tub very slippery. The place needs a renovation. It's my second stay at a "Quality" property and my last.

The room that I was given smelled so badly that I immediately asked for another room and was told that there were none available (at 5 in the afternoon). Instead, I was given a can of air freshener to use and had to use a face mask in order to stay in the room.
There was no working coffee machine in the lobby or with the breakfast provided in the morning.
Very disappointed.
