We stayed at the O3 hotel in Warsaw this past weekend. We’d read reviews about it being a hostel and very noisy so we’re a bit wary. We need not have worried. The first 7 floors are hostel and the top 3 floors hotel. We were on the 10th floor and had no noise problems at all. The hotel is wonderfully clean and tidy. The rooms are your standard Premier Inn/Holiday Express type rooms. The shower/toilet was very tidy and clean and well appointed. Maid service was excellent. We ate breakfast there twice. There was hot and cold food available. The hot food was very tasty, but if you’re not adventurous then you’d be limited to scrambled egg and hot dogs. But when I’m Poland eat like a Pole. Reception staff were very helpful. A great base. 15 minute drive from the old town, the airport and everywhere else we wanted to go. Perfect.

It was not a pleasant experience. Dirty, cold and just bad treatment or no treatment from staff. Never going there again.

The rooms were cumfy and the bar was lovely, however the house keeping need to be shown how to do there jobs.
