Everything was very very nice - except my non-smoking room smelled of years of smoke, and the carpet and chairs needed replacing.

Adding water to rooms would be a nice touch but in general a very positive experience. The room temperature was perfect on arrival, I absolutely love the Elemental Herbology cosmetics. Room was clean, bed comfortable and great service from the reception. It wasn't my first stay in this hotel and definitely not the last one.

We want to be more ecological, so we gave up bottled water in favor of water dispensers placed in hotel corridors, hence there are carafes in the rooms. Great hotel that is close to the airport, but also allows for easy connections to the old and new town areas. I was surprised to find some top-notch dining options nearby. Staff were all very helpful and friendly and all spoke a good level of English, which helped me. Breakfast is not to be missed.
