Breakfast very poor.
No water in rooms.
There is not enough space to open suitcase or put second chear in rooms.
But price unbelivably high.
We have moved to realy nice one bedroom Apartment for half price compare that hotel

Dear Natallia Thank You very much for Your opinion. We are 2 star hotel. Information about facilility of hotel, size of the rooms is available on each our website. We don,t have bottel water at the room cause we take care about our Earth and we implemented water fountain and carafe insted of plastic water bottel. Thanks once again for Your opinion. Hotel is nice, staff not so much

It takes a long time to get served for a drink at the bar, even when there are no other customers and the bar staff are just stood doing nothing. The reception staff are also rude. However the hotel was clean and very comfortable. We would stay again but only due to the ibis brand.

Hotel for one night in Warsaw, we had a car & was easy to find, we didn’t eat here, we ate breakfast 5 mins away at McDonald’s for half the price.
Another hotel that thinks it’s ok to charge high prices to park outside, 55 pln this time, we parked across the road to avoid this charge.

Expensive for what it is . Car park charge rip off

The car park is 80zł a night,which I find very expensive cause the hotel is not even in city center. 2 bottles of water in a room. No hot drinks. Basic

Szanowny Panie Krzysztofie, Dziękuję bardzo za poświęcenie czasu i pozostawinie swojej opini. Oczywiście porozmawiam z recepcjonistką na temat jej postawy, aby udzialała pełnych odpowiedzi i informacji. Parking kosztuje 40 pln za dobę nie 80 pln. Nie wiem skąd otrzymał Pan inforamcję o cenie 80 pln. Jesteśmy hotelem dwugwiazdkowym dlatego też nie posiadamy takich udogodniej w pokojach jak zestaw do kawy i herbaty w naszej sieci hotele o wyższym standardzie takie jak Mercure, Novotel, Sofitel. Zapraszam ponowie. Jarosław Figat Dyrektor Hotelu.
