We’ve stayed overnight in a classic room. It was really small and did not look like the one in the picture. The bathroom was dysfunctional: there was one towel rod which would accommodate couple of towels at the most and no extra hooks. Where you supposed to hand your bathrobe when you are taking the shower? The sink was clogged and the toilet paper holder was wobbly, ready to fall off. In this class of hotel these issues should not exist. We were unable to have dinner at hotel restaurant because of kitchen’s equipment malfunction. The reception staff were very professional and friendly. This was the only good thing about our stay.

The location is very good but hotel don’t even have an elevator. This morning when I came downstairs 2 people were staying by the front desk, they looked at me and didn’t even say “hi” or “good morning”. They definitely need improve a customer service.
