Tv wouldn’t work properly and complained in numerous occasions and wasn’t fixed. Had a room right next to the car park door and heard door banging everytime someone came in or out of carpark. Also wanted $50 a day for under cover carpark

The hotel and ameneties were very clean. The breakfast included was decent and staff were extremely friendly! We also enjoyed the hot springs experience!

Cafe hours and food available not inspiring. No bar facilities in the evening.
