Main corridor areas old tired decor.
Initially we’re not allocated our booked room upgrades and had to stand our ground with receptionist. 2nd day our rooms not cleaned. Breakfast good and room upgrade a must as standard rooms are tired and basic.
Ok for a 3 star - however we chose it only because it was near to our family for visiting.

Friendly staff but not a pleasant stay
Posted 18 Sep 2022 on HotelsThe staff were nice and delivered my food to my room despite there being no room service. However this was due to the phone not working.
Room not very clean, lots of dust on bathroom fan, bed head board smelt musty, stains and specks of things on bedsheets and towels. Long wait to be served when checking in.
