"The stay was great. The room was clean and ready. The hot tub was clean and full of relaxing mineral spring water. It was a nice relaxing stay. Only downside was the pillows, should've brought our own. The pillows were very fluffy/full and caused neck issues for both of us. We should've remembered our own pillows. They are working towards getting room service. We enjoyed breakfast at the Elkridge Restaurant, the service was quick and friendly, and the food was delicious. "

"For a building that sits right next to a railroad it is remarkably quiet, and does not shake at all. You would never know that trains go by. The view is tremendous."

"When we first arrived for check-in, there was an irate customer pacing and yelling in the lobby. The manager on duty was extremely professional in getting the customer out of the lobby as to not disturb the other guests. He handled the situation with grace swiftness which made me feel better about staying there. After dealing with him they were able to check us in quickly. The room was great and the rest of our stay was fabulous and relaxing. "
