The tv didn’t work contacted them got a different room told me I couldn’t move because nothing was clean but they would fix and clean did not then went back to the office told me there was no one there that could help me so I just checked out today

Racist clerk experience upon attempting to check in. Clerk was very rude and referred to me as Felicia (fictional drug addict from the movie Friday) Clerk said he only calls ignorant customers Felicia. He said he didn't have a log or receipt of him canceling the reservation and that my business was with Expedia and I needed to call for a receipt of the transaction.
