I love the hotel. But what I didn’t love is not getting sleep we had someone above us and the kids jumped ran all night..The staff was horrible wasn’t considerate of us checking in she literally had us waiting 30 minutes while she converse with another customer. And no it wasn’t about the hotel but things they shared about their lives.

It’s was all good! Just that we noticed that the bed comforter was alittle dirty and has Some stains on it.

Upon arrival I waited over 30 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check us in. The desk help was working their other property which was next door. While we tried to check in and they were unable to accommodate the type of room I had booked. Once they had found another room, when we went to the room we found it still dirty. We returned to the desk and informed them. Instead of assigning another room, they made us go back to the room to look it over with them. The bedding was dirty, the room had an odor, and there was tape and other things hanging from the ceiling. Instead of moving us, they wanted to just clean the room while we waited in the lobby. The staff was very unhappy that we had brought that to their attention.
