The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Parking was easy. But despite ample room size, there was no desk or table - no place at all to do work. So if all you want is a place to crash for a night, five stars. But if you expect to sit in your room and knock out some work, not possible in my room.

i loved the fact that they had the Underground, their restaurant and bar on site, all we had to do was walk down the stairs, didnt have to be out in the cold and the wind. Had great food and drinks.. Awesome staff and friendly people!! Would stay again in a heart beat. breakfast was ok.

Great property that is much nicer than it looks on the outside. Excellent service and a great/bar restaurant on the basement level!

The property is close to plenty of shopping and eating establishments. The room was clean and reasonably priced. We choose this hotel whenever we visit.

Baggage carts have brokem wheels. Also the AC was very loud. It was a little hard to get a good night sleep. It otherwise served a purpose. I had a little hesitancy with leaving things in car. The area is a little run down and the parking lot is just open instead of garage, but i didnt have any breakins. I may look at other places next time i have to stay in the area, but if i had to stay here it would be alright.
