The only thing decent in our room was the bed. The people at the front desk were nice but looked like homeless people. The elevator was in bad shape and pretty rough. The hotel smelled weird and didn’t look like it was kept up at all. Our floor was dirty and our bathroom was horrible. Couple of the lights in the room didn’t work at all. Wash cloth had a hole in it. We won’t stay there again ever!

Great customer service from desk staff were excellent. Room was in horrible shape moldy dirty tub was terrible sink faucet was leaking at the valve bathroom floor tile was unfinished in the corner bathroom floor was dirty and extremely dirty underneath the vanity when you walk into the room the entrance was dirty looked like maintenance was done repairs and no one cleaned up after they were finished

Service at check in is nice. But the room is too outdated with torn curtain sheets, worn to the inner metal core bath tub, no facial tissue box in bath room. This property location is nice but the room/building needs serious renovation/improvement.

This was the most disgusting property I have ever stayed in. It was falling apart (holes in the ceiling and tiles missing from the bathroom floor), dirty (mold) and unsafe. Had we not been evacuating for Hurricane Milton, we would have left immediately. Unfortunately, there weren't any hotel rooms within two hours available. Only stayed one night and then drove two hours north to find a property that was safe for my 90 year old mother.

I stay eight nights and there was no room service so you have to go to reception and get your own towels and shampoo conditioner etc if you run out which is different

Very good quality would definitely stay here again as the eateries are growing fast around it, just need more shampoo conditioner and soap on hand been here 6 nights and run out only 22ml bottles supplied
