Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Other than that, I was completely satisfied.

Bugs, cigarette burns in sheets, scratchy towels….I guess you get what you pay for, but if other options were available, would not be staying here again…my sister evacuated from the hurricane and had no other options for her family.

The room was infested with small cockroaches; second room we went to was the same. Seems like there were some illicit activities were going on in the top floors with muscular people guarding the stairs and hallway. Felt unsafe at this hotel and resorted to putting furniture against the door on the first night and checked out the following morning.

Staff does their best and beds are clean. Unfortunately shower has some critters and wifi would not stay connected over 4 days despite best effirts

Posted 8 Jul 2024 on HotelsRoaches and other bugs kept us company all night. We were greeted by a huge roach at the door. They could have paid for our night instead. The window unit air conditioner had no weather stripping where the insects could have been coming in. There were stains on the sheets and the TV eithet didn't respond to the remote or vice versa. Only good thing was the cost.

Mrs. Welch, Thank you for your input on your stay with us! We appreciate our guest informing us of issues that have to be addressed. You were in a smoking room and we do not put our best linens in smoking rooms. Alot of guest staying in smoking rooms get careless and burn holes appear. Yes, we were having issues with our internet. Our cable company has been notified and the issue has been addressed. The air conditioners have recently been removed and cleaned so the weather stripping has not been replaced in all rooms. We hope you will consider staying with us again.
