"Attractively designed, clean and well-equipped rooms located right in the centre of Bath. Good value. However, automated check in is poor and overcomplicated - including recieving a QR code which then won't work. Note that room doors unlock remotely - so you'll be scratching at the door like a velociraptor in Jurassic Park until approx 15:00 when it unlocks. No proper reception so I'd recommend against arriving any earlier unless you've paid for early check in. Anyway, a perfectly nice apartment...

"The apartment is beautifully decorated and of a high standard. The location was perfect for us - lots of shops and restaurants nearby as well as attractions. Bud and train station are also convenient although we didn’t use them. Paid parking lot is right across the street. Overall we loved it here !"

"This apartment was a great choice for us. Safe, well furnished, warm and comfortable. Near the centre of Bath with everything walkable. We stayed during Christmas Market and it was a good base to pop back to when we needed to off load shopping or have a rest. Opposite the most amazing bookshop and just along the road from the Wild Cafe in Queen street which was brilliant for breakfast. The apartment was bright, clean and had good linen and towels. We will definitely stay again next time we are...

"City centre location was amazing. Our apartment 10 had amazing view of the city as it towers over most buildings. Everything you need is there. Really easy check in and out . Commutation was great from lovey staff. We had a phone call the day before and after we check in. "

"Stayed in one of the family rooms in the separate building - a bunk bed downstairs and queen upstairs with en-suite. "Excellent value and I think many coming from overseas might be surprised what a big hearty breakfast you can get included in the price at hotels in the UK, Holiday Inns in particular. Fine rooms, but poor shower pressure. In a roady location at least an 8min walk to the pretty parts of Bath. More suited to driving-centric people and business guests."

"I was very pleased with the roomI had booked. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. A tiny drawback was limited hot water from the wash basin. However the building is an old one and there was a notice advising if the hotel was busy I may have to wait a short time for hot water so I did not mind this. A shower next morning was great. Breakfast was good too. The gentleman on Reception was excellent, informative and extremely hee Royal when I return to Bath in the future. Thank you."

"Really good stay. The staff are incredible throughout the day, regardless who is working. Everyone cares, thoughtful, kind and considerate. It's so refreshing to be handled with such care and thought. Breakfast was excellent, and a must have - proper sausages and bacon on the full english, and they have mastered the art of a poached egg! Some noise from the main road of an evening, but you can't do anything with that if you are at the front of the property and close to the road. Rare gem for parking, safe and secure in private car park. A tremendous stay, and a 10/10 hotel. A refreshing level of customer service with genuine people. Cannot recommend enough and really appreciate the work of the team there. "
