I loved the view out back. Magnificent. The staff were very nice and helpful. Very personable. They seemed short-staffed in the morning at breakfast though, because they ran out of everything by 9:00. And the girl at the front desk (who couldn't have been nicer and hard working) appeared the be the one who had to restock everything. Other than that it was a wonderful stay and we'll be back.

We just needed a 1-night stay around Warm Springs and from the pictures it looked great. It's very close to the little town. The staff are so friendly and helpful, wanting to make sure everyone is comfortable and have what they need. The whole decor makes it look more upscale, and everything is very clean. The view is amazing! I usually do not sleep well in hotel beds, but I slept great - the bed and pillows were comfy. Lots of options for the breakfast that is included, which is a very nice plus. We didn't go to the bar or eat in the restaurant, and it was SO HOT we didn't stay outside much! Would definitely recommend this if in the area, and get a room with a view!

They truly care about the individual! This was the second time staying there! I would highly recommend!! One if the best hotels I have ever stayed in!!

The shower area was horribly dirty, corners with so much mold, the shower glass was covered with old soap and very dirty. And at the end the housekeeper told the administrators that we took the washcloths when i personally help her to pick up each towel in one place for easier clean up. The front desk staff were nice. Gaya gave us an excellent customer service, but this housekeeping lady was our bad moment. So be careful with the dirty showers the excessive mold can causes an infection. Make sure the housekeeping see all the washcloths in the room otherwise they will charge you $100 as they charge me. Definitely I will cancel my future reservation.
