The room we stayed in is in need of refurbishment, it wasn’t good value for money.

It is always nice to be greeted at a place you have never stayed at before with a smile & kindness. We loved staying here. The family suite was spacious and perfect for us (3 adults & 2 kids). The shared lounge and kitchen were beautiful and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa. Highly recommend Bamboo Warkworth nearby (yummy Asian cuisine with lovely people to greet you there too)..

This is my second time staying at the lodge, love the vibe and the lady that runs it. Its got history and its in a brilliant location.

I really was taken by the receptionist, who welcomed me, made me feel at home and went out of her way to upgrade my accommodation.

The first night we had not car-park available inside the place, which was unexpected, because we did not get any notice on this matter.
Also, the first night other guests were very noise after 10:30pm. The rest was good.

I loved the history of the home . Very close to everything in town , walking distance ,The staff were very pleasant . Nothing was a problem .
