Fran was a great host. She cooked us a great breakfast both mornings we were there.

Hi Judith!Thanks for your kind review of Mulberry. We were thinking of you earlier this evening. Friends are visiting from Florida They visited Paul Revere's house i Boston. Cindy commented that Paul Revere had at least 10 children from his two wives. Even tho' he does not go back to the Mayflower, I have not heard of folks commenting they are his descendants nor have I heard of an organization of Paul Revere descendants. However. This cozy little place is such a gem. So quiet, about an hour from Boston. Fran is so lovely and keeps the place in great shape. High recommend!

Fran the owner makes this place special, and her home is very comfortable and charming. Being our first time B&B experience, we were very happy with our stay and will stay again if ever back in the area.

A very enjoyable stay. Our host Fran was terrific and accommodating in every way. She was attentive to our needs and provided a nice breakfast each day. Our room was clean and comfortable with no issues. Instead of a standard hotel stay, we appreciated the homey B & B atmosphere (including the resident cat!). The location is excellent as a base to travel to various locations in and around Cape Cod. We would recommend a stay at Mulberry.

Our hostess Fran was very hospitable and sweet. The bedroom was nicely sized with a comfortable bed and faux fireplace, which Fran lit at turn down service. Little extras, like sweets on your pillow at night were a nice touch. Breakfast was tasty and the place is conveniently located at the beginning of Cape Cod- perfect for day exploring.
