"The toilet was smelly and not clean, and the kettle needed descaling. Our towel rail in the bathroom did not work, thus having no heating in the bathroom when the temp outside was 1 degree. On the second night the heating in the bedroom flashed an Error, not giving much heat out. The staff were helpful and very welcoming "
