The propery owner said i would not be charged for my pet. And after staying there for 2 days they said they needed a deposit. A $200 deposit. That was explained to me would be refunded when we left. My dogs stayed in crates. Never went anywhere else. When I left they made up an excuse that I was smoking in the room. I dont smoke. It says they have a kids menu. They dont. Says pet friendly. But obviously not. Would not recommend to anyone. Go somewhere else.

Daniel, As a follow up to our conversation yesterday. You were in a non-pet friendly room with a pet. You were also smoking in the room which is prohibited. It took 2 days for Housekeeping to air out the room, wash the walls, and wash all linen on 2 beds. In addition, the carpet had to be cleaned. This room was closed for the 2 days to be re-booked due to the condition that it was in. Your deposit didn't even cover the entire costs of cleaning.You exhibited aggressive behavior on the phone by raising your voice and not allowing me to talk.Please see Wyoming smoking regulations.

Absolutely beautiful location. We had a room in the hotel building with a balcony overlooking a river. Great room in every way. We were there on a Monday and unfortunately the restaurant and saloon were not open so cannot comment on these. However it was a short and scenic drive into Cody for dinner, etc.

Excellent location, however the staff wasn’t present during business hours for check in so self check-in was what we experienced. Beautiful scenery around the property.

Beautiful, scenic and very quiet. Staff was courteous and pleasant. The dining room is only open for supper Tuesday through Saturday, so be prepared.

We arrived late at night after a long day of driving. We were told we couldn't get any ice because the front desk was closed. There are no food options nearby and it is basically in the middle of no where. It was a cute little stay for a night after being at Yellowstone Nat' Park.
