Way overpriced, not worth the price. Rooms are old and outdated, no a/c, breakfast offerings were weak. Poor service

We arrived at the hotel at 21.45. They could not find the reservation. Was that an Expedia fault or the hotel? We ordered a superior room with Harbour view. We got an ordinary room at street level. Very hot (33 c) no air conditioning. When we opened the windows for air we got the noise from people smoking outside and the opposite building air conditioning unit. The waste basket was full of rubbish. The room otherwise clean. Breakfast good and staff speak English

Posted 2 Jun 2016 on HotelsAt first they did not provide a room matching the reservation (Deluxe double room with harbor view) saying there were none available. Only after requesting to speak to the manager and showing the Hotels.com reservation confirmation was there apparently such a room available....

Sehr hellhörig waren die Räumlickeiten. Man konnte die Nachbarn gut hören.
Fenster war bewusst zugebaut. Fand ich etwas schade.
Abstellmöglichkeit für einen Koffer wäre schön.
