Dear guest, Thank you very much for having chosen our kids and family friendly Ferien- und Freizeitpark Weissenhäuser Strand. We do appreciate your comments, and we would like to give you our view of things. If some staff members have not treated you with the usual friendliness that our many regular guests have come to experience many times, makes us very sad, and we do apologize for that. In this part of the country, we usually have very few English speaking guests. They come rather from Germany or Denmark, where a lot of people speak German too. Of course that is not an excuse but an explanation. We have of course some staff members who do speak English. If you ask us, we try our best to find someone to help you in your language. When it comes to your comment about the WIFI in the entire holiday park, we would like to let you know, that this is unfortunately completely out of our control. In this part of Germany, we do have a very serious lack of coverage for mobile as well as internet connection. The authorities are working diligently on this issue, and we do hope that within the next year or so, there will be a considerable improvement. Knowing this problem, we already had to block certain usages such as video streaming to avoid it even getting worse. In our description of the pool area, we do inform about the possible temporary regulation of the stay duration of 3 hours. But this applies only to the absolute peak hours, since we have strict controls on the limits of visitors. We ask for your kind understanding. Now, we hope that you give our Ferienpark Weissenhäuser Strand resort another chance, so that we could demonstrate, that we can do much better. Best regards from the Baltic sea. We do highly appreciate your effort with this, and we are glad you had such a good time. We just wanted to comment on one thing which is very close to our heart and we have to be very honest about it: you mentioned the Wi-Fi being surprisingly good. In fact, it is unfortunately not always like that. We are in a part of the country where internet coverage is only average, and we do have issues with it, when we are fully booked and usage is high. But please be assured that we keep watching the situation, and we do everything to improve this service for the benefit of all our guests.
