"The location was quite good near the main street in the city center. The staff was attentive and friendly. The building was clean. The lobby was newly renovated. There was a pool but small. The breakfast buffet was pricy for Poland (50zl a person) but not too festive. "A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality. I'm going back next year."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and the room was large with good view to the city. The center was within walking distance. It is important to know that rooms are only cleaned on request. Unfortunately the staff do not speak English or German. A translator is helpful. We felt very welcome."

"It’s a convenient complex of 6 buildings including a spa and reception building connected through corridors which means you don’t have to go out when moving between buildings . Rooms are spacious and equipped with a coffee machine, tea bags etc. And a kettle. Bathrobes are included and it’s a norm that people are wearing these when going to a swimming pool or spa. My only observation on a room is that it doesn’t have enough drying racks - there were 4 of us snowboarding/ skiing plus using spa/ swimming pool so we had a lot of kit to dry as you can imagine and not enough space to dry the kit. It has a small swimming pool that is mostly occupied by kids. The hotel is kids friendly so have this in mind when booking. The receptionists are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is abundant In various foods from sweet to savoury. The hotel is a close proximity to the Main Street of shops and restaurants and similarly to ski slopes - it took me 35 mins to walk to Ski Arena Karpacz. I would definitely recommend it and go back. Enjoy your stay! "
