I am beginning to think the VIP offers are fake offerings. This is the 4th hotel where it's supposed to offer an upgrade, not offered and apparently hotel full... so not available. I can't believe every hotel I choose is always fully booked! We also were not given the free drink until we asked. Not very VIP at all. Just very average!

Location was perfect for our needs
Cleanliness. One day of our four days stay, there must have been a misunderstanding, the room was not cleaned. Probably lack of understanding (poor English communication).
Pity that we couldn't have just some coffee and toast for breakfast. Too much and expensive for our taste. Thanks for everything. Muchas gracias! Obrigado!
