I was in a basement room - no window, which wasn't in the description. The TV didn't work - and even when mentioned was not sorted. The double bed was against the wall on one side, with neither side having a bedside table. The wall above the bed had some dubious handprints ... The double bed was supplied with two pillows which were very thin - was promised more when mentioned but again never materialised. Whilst reception is clean and tidy - the part we were in was scruffy. On arrival ID was required, fine, but I was not impressed at my drivers license being photo copied, on asking for the copy on leaving it had "gone missing". One of the worst stays I've has when going through Expedia.

I am a Dad with 2 kids and a wife of course. Visting London from Boston, US of A.I would stay here again if I come to London, Bcos 1) Best front desk support 2) responds to email 3) Bus stop in 10 Ft 4) Groceries opposite 5) Liquor store 2 min walk 6) Bangaladeshi food calls indian not that delicious. Ok Overall good location, safe for sure. Hope this helps.

We stayed here for 5 nights - great location, friendly staff and our room was clean. Unfortunately the rooms were not well maintained however - and a general maintenance schedule seems to be lacking. Our room didn't have airconditioning, a pedestal fan was going full blast in the room so it was obvious it wasnt working. A cupboard was hanging off the wall over the kitchenette which didnt look particularly safe. When I asked if I could change rooms, the receptionist said just open the window (which we couldnt) and they could look at a different room in the morning. Room 2 - had air conditioning that worked but wasn't particularly effective. The room was in better condition than the last, however the curtains were missing hooks and therefore were not hanging on the railing properly at the window. The sheets felt strange - they were clean but when we looked closer the mattress was very pilled, making the sheets feel rough to sleep on. The mattress needed to be replaced. Both rooms were in need of a paint. With some love, this place would be great to stay at.

The rooms are mis-sold The triple rooms are advertised as having a Queen size bed and a double sofa bed. Both triple rooms on our booking had a small double bed & a single bed.
