The property was old, furniture and carpet were all very old and looked dirty to me. But staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff were very courteous and attended to requests promptly. They made checking in very pleasant.
However, service staff at the breakfast venue were not very friendly and mannerism were a bit "rough".

Quite a gem around Causeway Bay. Minutes from the MTR exit and Times Square.
Only thing to note is if you are coming on the airport train to Causeway bay, there is a bit of a walk at Hong Kong station / Central to transfer to the island line.
Otherwise hotel is great. No frills, location is great and room was reasonably clean and quiet.
Breakfast is included.
Would definitely return again

They put me in a smoking room. And the smell and cleanliness wasn’t so great. I requested for a room change, but they didn’t honor it that day.
