This hotel shares the shuttle service with it's sister hotel Dorsett Wan Chai. The shuttle is a great help as the nearest subway station is about 10 minutes walks away. Cosmo advertised laundry service is available but you actually have to go to Dorsett to use their washers and dryers. It's kind of inconvenient even though it's only about a minute walk away, Once in a while, I could smell cigarette smoke coming out from the ventilaion system, mostly late in the night. Also there is no soap available by the sink, you have to turn around to use the bottle fixed to the wall above the bath tub.

The hotel corridor on our level smelled mouldy. The bathroom sink top is not very clean. There’s a bath tub but I can feel it’s not very clean, therefore we only took showers during our 9 nights stay. The mugs and rinsing glasses in the room has also got coffee/tea marks on it, hence we drank out of the bottle the entire time. What puts me off the most is, the fridge is not cool enough for my soy milk, a few of our items actually went off from the fridge temperature. What I liked was, it was quiet and has a nice city view. Walkable distance to the trams to Kennedy Town. They also offered breakfast in a box each morning, so that was handy.

I did not like that the luggages could not hold for overnight and the staff did not explain well about directions from MTR station to the hotel. I liked the facilities and shuttle service.
