I encountered a disappointing experience during my stay. I want to clarify that the staff were all friendly and helpful, especially the cleaning staff, who were particularly accommodating. However, the hotel should prioritize addressing some fundamental issues, such as replacing worn carpets and ensuring that all cupboards are functional. Additionally, the absence of bedside charging points was inconvenient. It would be beneficial for the hotel management to concentrate on these basic maintenance standards.

Comfortable hotel close to many restaurants and walking distance to MTR. Has amazing mattress, but other facilities are worn out. Despite being in Wan Chai, the hotel is quiet.
Baby cot is quiet small, only suitable for baby or toddler under 2.

A good property at a good price but a few things that don’t take a lot to fix came up short:
It was quite cool at night and on requesting an extra blanket they appear to have none… in an established HK hotel?
The aircon didn’t heat and was loud.
The room was near to the elevators and a constant humming could be heard.
Otherwise the property was fine.
