"Hotel room was quiet, clean and well equipped with clean towels and beddings but a trifle small for 3 adults. Morning coffee and a variety of buns and pastries in a comfortably furnished lounge provided a lovely start each morning and was much appreciated. Transport options were great with mtr about 3 minutes away, tram and buses just outside the hotel. Thanks, iClub Wan Chai. Will stay again when visit Hong Kong."

"The first day we landed, we couldn't check in even tho we pre check in online. Just to find out our original queen bed room was still occupied. They can only offer us twin bed room with single beds and want us to check out the next day at 11am and re check in again at 3pm. I ask them about the luggage they offer the moving luggage service but got us to sign a form which explains any lost and damage they will not compensate which I thought it wasn't fair. "The hotel had advertising for an in-house bar next to the elevator on my floor. The downstairs area where the bar used to be was now a storage area. Where's the gym? In the Dorsett. Where's the laundry service? In the Dorsett. Ah well, I got what I paid for and by all observations both the bed, shower and toilet were clean. "
