"The first day we landed, we couldn't check in even tho we pre check in online. Just to find out our original queen bed room was still occupied. They can only offer us twin bed room with single beds and want us to check out the next day at 11am and re check in again at 3pm. I ask them about the luggage they offer the moving luggage service but got us to sign a form which explains any lost and damage they will not compensate which I thought it wasn't fair. "The hotel had advertising for an in-house bar next to the elevator on my floor. The downstairs area where the bar used to be was now a storage area. Where's the gym? In the Dorsett.
