Ice machine broken, pool closed. No reasons given. Breakfast lousy. For the price I paid, it sucked. Should have been $30-40 cheaper

We have a sign posted saying that at check in. 2) We inform each guest we have bags of ice for the ice bucket upon request. 3)There is a sign posted at check in that our pool is closed. Our pool is seasonal. It's open from May to Sept 3 each year. Our pool couldn't be open any way due to hurricane and tornado warnings in our area. I'm sorry if you had a misunderstanding about that. 4) our breakfast consisted or milk, juice, yogurt, peanut and butter sandwiches, jelly, butter, creamer, cream cheese, coffee, toast, muffins, cereal 2 types Cheerios and frosted flakes, syrup, waffles. Area well lit and I felt that parking was safe and secure. Room was in okay condition, but bathroom had mold on the wall, ceiling stains, etc. Convenient to I95. Price was reasonable. Breakfast could have had more selection.

We had booked a room with 3 double beds. When we got there they had given our room to someone else. Needed the three beds as we were travelling w/our 3 grandsons! They ended up giving us 2 connecting rooms. The room was in pretty bad shape. Our tv didn’t work, the floor was dirty and the dresser was falling apart. It was only for a one night overnight on our way home, so we had a place to sleep!!

You didn't give us your name or tell us the room number you stayed in. I did some investigating. I believe I found the rooms you stayed in. The rooms are in good condition. Did you talk with front desk that night and tell them your concerns with the rooms ? Unfortunately our room with the 3 beds gets overbooked. You did get 4 beds to make up for the inconvenience. If you let front desk know what's going on with the rooms we then have the opportunity to fix it for you. Here at Super 8 by Wyndham we strive to make your stay super here.
