No 24 hour service. The AC went out at 1:32 am. I would have been miserable and Hot if I didn't have my small portable fan with me.

The staff is nice and the room is clean enough no breakfast but the cable is great

Would Stay Again

Lady at front desk was very nice and helpful. Enjoyed out chat with her suggestions for dining etc. had a problem with our tv remote and she came right up to help! We would stay there again. We stayed in a La Quinta in Charlotte on the road the night before and it was not as nicely kept and staff not as nice and helpful as Red Roof Inn which surprised me!

Bugs in bathroom, peeling paint new floors but no maintainence

Refurbishment needed

The inn is in need of refurbishment. Bed was very soft and had little structure. No coffee at the front desk. The room smelled musty and air conditioner made banging noises. The ceiling in room looked as if it had leaked. I generally like red roof inns but not this one
