It was extremely dirty. Hand prints on mirrors and hair in shower. Floor lamp in bathroom that door didnt even close. Peep hole was broken with a tissue stuck in it. Could see through the door frame right into the room. Air conditioner didn't even work.

No 24 hour service. The AC went out at 1:32 am. I would have been miserable and Hot if I didn't have my small portable fan with me.

The staff is nice and the room is clean enough no breakfast but the cable is great
