Low price = Low quality
Posted 23 Aug 2017We stayed 2 nights during the recent Aug eclipse. Price was great and they had space. We would not stay again unless desperate. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Bed was not made up on our second day. Sheets did not smell good. Bugs in bathtub. TV remote did not work and had to be replaced. A/C was off when we arrived. It took 30+ minutes to cool the room. It was off again when we returned to the room. We received multiple calls to confirm prior to our arrival. Manager very friendly and tried to be helpful. I have stayed at much worse hotels around the world but this was among the worst in the USA.

Wrong bed and double charge
Posted 22 Aug 2017Was told only king rooms were smoking. Realized after I left that I was double charges the tax.

Pros: The location.
Cons: Too many to list!
When I arrived and said I had a reservation the man looked at me like I was pointing a gun at him. He had no idea what I was talking about. He had me fill out the registration card and then tells me he is the only one there and needs to go wipe down the bathroom in my room. Then when we come back later that afternoon the bathroom looks no different and there is a long hair in the bath tub. I wanted a no smoking room and you could smell smoke in the linens I was not impressed in the least.

Posted 19 Nov 2015 on HotelsThe hotel did not work with Hotel.Com and even after calling customer service, the owner still refused confirmation. I had to pay the hotel. Check out advertised 11:00 but knocked on door and said checked out was at 10:00.Recommend removing them from your list of hotels.
