Unfortunately you can’t find anyone to help you and for 2 hrs late checkout I paid 20€ extra . They stolen the charger of my iPhone mobile when I left it in the room !!!

Dear Mr. Elgharabawi, thank you for rating your stay. However, we don't understand why you leave such a reputation-damaging review. I have just requested the deletion of the rating and now I take a position on it. 1. When you came to the reception around 11:00 a.m. to ask for a later check-out, I was very much there to help and otherwise we can be reached 24 hours a day from inside and outside. 2. I informed you that we have to charge € 20.00 for a late check-out and that you can then stay in your room until 2:00 p.m. The costs cover the administrative expenses in housekeeping and the mostly overtime of the cleaning staff. 3. None of our employees has ever stolen a guest's property. If you had asked me about a missing charger, I would have looked with you or given you one of ours. Because we have more chargers than we could ever need and, incidentally, we have all bought and paid for them. Perhaps you will reflect on the situation once and then see the whole thing with different eyes. However, if you want to enlighten me about things that I don't know about or you think I am wrong, I would be happy to hear your detailed view of the above-mentioned processes. Otherwise I remain with best regards and wish you a pleasant time. Mano Thies Sales & Marketing Manager

Große, komfortable Zimmer. Super Frühstück mit toller Auswahl. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!
