The hotel only offers valet parking. There is a basement parking lot in the same building, but the lighting and access corridors were not very pleasant. When we arrived at the hotel and wanted to park briefly for check-in, the valet parking staff gave us a look and forced us to move. We didn't need valet parking at the time of arrival and planned to leave immediately after check-in. However, we had to park, pay for parking, and move, which took an additional 15 minutes. It was a somewhat unpleasant experience.

I booked one of the high end suites and there was no snacks and even a bottle of water in the room .Thats totally unacceptable after paying the amount we did .

Very clean rooms. Parking was a bit of a nuisance. Staff was very friendly. Thank you for the hospitality.
