Beds comfy, shower great, breakfast good. Bit tired and creaky floors but also good location as very central. Staff were lovely. Good for the price we paid.

Low quality service and room fittings.
Poor service from reception staff on arrival snd checkin.
Never again at a Holiday Inn.

Check in was quick and efficient, parking available at reasonable cost, perfect for stay if in or around Wakefield for an event

Fit for purpose. Need to fix the toaster. The whole hotel smells of burnt toast.

Great place to stay. Walking distance from city centre for shopping, bars, museums etc
