Its just ok. Bathroom needed painting. Ac/heat fair. Windows were dirty.

Staff was super polite and helpful. Loved the complimentary coffee and water in the lobby. Room was clean and spacious. Comfortable beds

Good things: 1. Best breakfast buffet 2. Friendly staff Bad things: 1. I booked a smoking room, yet there is no smoking at this hotel. That was the only reason I chose this hotel 2. My room looked nothing like the picture, it was absolutely horrible 3. My room was dirty, the bathroom floor and tub, the carpet had very noticeable dust bunnies around the edges where they apparently do not vacuum, there was a layer of dust on a lot of items, all the furniture including the bed was all scratched up and dingy. 4. My door would not close without force. Even the frame outside looked like it has been forced open. 5. None of the ice machines are labeled of where they’re located. Even the housekeepers couldn’t tell me where they were at once I finally found one, little black specks were in my ice. 6. The carpet throughout the hallways were bubbled and up from the scenes where they’ve been ripped and a trip hazard.
