It's not bad for a low budget stay during the week days. On the weekends the rate isn't reasonable. I realize the hotel has nothing to do with kids running the halls. So, be aware that the floors are very noisy with running kids. The room was clean, however I did have to kill one large roach on the counter next to the bed. Unknown what could have attracted it there, because the counter was clean with no food on it. Otherwise it was a good stay. I would return during a weekday. Not a weekend.

Smelt terrible and killed bugs crawling on the wall. We were in the room for about 30 minutes and decided we could not stay there. Still hoping for a refund as we did not stay.

Hotel not as nice as expected. Dingy. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Staff member running breakfast was not very nice or helpful.
