"It’s exactly what it says it is, an apartment hotel. It plays that role well, just don’t expect anything extra. We were not sure how to regulate the temperature in the room. A fam was going when we arrived so perhaps that was it. The combo washer/dryer was nice. "

"This place is pretty swanky with great artwork all around. Parking is paid valet. Room amenities great except shower drain was poorly located and resulted in pooling of water. There were no hooks or anything to hang towels which was weird. Breakfast alacart on day, super delicious and buffet one day which was great. Excellent location for museum restaurants shopping etc"
