Gorgeous property and best staff. Pool staff is second to none. Sparkles and Darious were amazing.

Beautiful property with a great view of the ocean and great restaurants on site. Highly recommend!

NOISY!!!! The hot tub is open 24 hrs, allowing for rowdy and obnoxious behavior in the middle of the night! I complained to staff but they didn't do anything. Our room was directly across from it. Also, a guy above us decides to start cursing and yell at his partner throughout the night!! Domestic abuse? Also complained but they did nothing. The clerk said he will notify security and when I brought it up again the next day and talked to manager, nothing was mentioned to security! A little disappointed in this. Tried to change rooms but we were on our last day.
The facility and rooms were great, bathrooms are small. It's nicely equipped with a Nespresso machine and pods and everything you need for morning joe. The lavender lemonade, luaus and bottled water were a nice touch upon arrival. The mandatory valet parking was pretty steep at $50/day. The pools were really nice. Fresh infused water and free sunscreen readily available.
We would stay again but we'd make sure we are not across from the pool!
