If you have kids 10 below, I recommend this because of ammenities of the condo.

The view of the adjacent park and beach from the lanai continue to make the Waikiki Shore our favorite accommodation among all the hotels directly on Waikiki Beach. A few minor repairs, for example, the very loose kitchen faucet, were needed in our unit, and having to check in at a different hotel located about a quarter of a mile from the Waikiki Shore is somewhat inconvenient, but we would nevertheless return to the Waikiki Shore.

Property is older, dated compared to the other Outriggers but was everything we asked for; ocean view and roomy. Offered a full kitchen and laundry.
Negatives; dated, not too clean, 1st bathroom bathtub clogged, 2nd bathroom sink slow to drain

Other than issues with the door at our 2bed/2bath condo, the view from the 14th floor was phenomenal!

Right on the beach and a view of the fireworks from our room (and the beach). The door to the bathroom was hard to close but that was minor.

Great location, good sized room with useful facilities. Check in process odd (you have to find a property a block away) with no prior communications that would be needed - luckily we found a friendly security guard, but without him we’d hav been complete lost and I don’t know how we would got into our room.
