Great room….however the building elevators are noisy and need to be updated. Room price was very reasonable.

We had a great time there. Close to shopping.

This is my 3rd time staying at ilikai but this most recent experience I was disappointed. We stayed for 5 days and our room only got serviced ONCE. We saw the cleaners the 2nd night down the hall and specifically asked them to please service our room.. when we got back, all they did was take out the trash and replace towels. THAT WAS IT
